“REAL and RAW. This is what I'm talking about. So, so good to hear a real person. Hell yeah, very good production quality; this is good work. Real artist - no more AI!” - Brass Elephant
Jamey Wolff is a Montague based songwriter blending raw, introspective lyricism with intricate melodic instinct. His music balances emotional immediacy and existential urgency with understated, homegrown and crisp production, using a mixture of digital and analog recording methods and gear. After years of writing and recording off the stage (after performing for years in the DC/Baltimore area with his former band), Wolff is now actively releasing both new material and a deep back catalog. His recent work focuses on stripped-down arrangements and capturing songs as they are—unpolished, direct, and human. Currently performing throughout the Pioneer Valley, he is steadily building a local presence while expanding his recorded output. At its core, the project channels difficult life experiences (addiction, crisis, etc.) into intimate, often surreal songs rooted in nostalgic vulnerability and longing sincerity.
